Vanessa Hudgens is happy as can be as she leaves a doctors appointment on Tuesday afternoon (May 8) in Studio City, Calif.
After her appointment, the 23-year-old actress and boyfriend Austin Butlerheaded out to Ludigo restaurant for a bite to eat.
Earlier this week, Vanessa posted a picture of her nails on her official blogwith the caption “I just couldn’t stay away from the acrylics lol.”
