Blake Lively chats on her phone on the set of her show Gossip Girl on Tuesday (July 17) in New York City.

The 24-year-old actress was joined on set by Chace Crawford and guest starBarry Watson, who will be playing a love interest to Blake‘s Serena van der Woodsen this season.
