Kim and Kourtney Kardashian - Got Breast Milk

Kim Kardashian may be pregnant but the concept of how milk leaves the breast still seems to be a mystery to the reality star.

On this Sunday’s episode of Kourtney & Kim Take Miami, Kourtney  – who has two kids with Scott Disick – tries to come to her sister’s aid when she has a new psoriasis outbreak.

Kourtney stood over Kanye West‘s  baby mama-to-be and literally squirted milk onto Kim’s leg!

Kim then makes Kourtney rub the milk into a psoriasis spot, because “I’m not comfortable, like, fresh off the boob.”“Are you serious?  I don’t want to do this.  Never mind!” Kim screeches.  “Are you really going to do this? Ew! Ew! That is so disgusting that you can just squeeze that and have it come out.”
